About Us
We are a registered Malawian young women-led youth organization dedicated to bringing positive transformation to the lives of vulnerable and excluded young people, particularly adolescent girls and young women, at grassroots levels in Malawi. Our organization is committed to promoting gender-equitable social norms, attitudes, and behavioral change at both community and individual levels.
The organization based in Balaka Township, Balaka District, Malawi, Africa. We are committed to empowering vulnerable and excluded young people, especially adolescent girls and young women, by providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive.
Our Objectives
Our objectives serve as the guiding lights that steer our mission and initiatives. With a deep commitment to fostering positive transformation, we have set clear and impactful goals that drive our efforts towards empowering the youth of Malawi, particularly adolescent girls and young women.

Strengthening women and girl’s agency, voice and participation in the areas of Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Education, Sexual and Gender and Based Violence (SGBV) so that women and girls can break the cycle of poverty and violence, build economic alternatives and claim control over their bodies.

Ensure gender equitable social norms, attitudes, and behavioural change at community and individual levels to prevent violence against women and girls (VAWG) and Sexual Gender Based Violence/ Harmful Practices (SGBV/HP) and promote women’s and girls’ Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)

Promoting a culture of self- reliance among young people through sustainable livelihood activities that generate income and social capital leading to attainment of better living standards among the young people.

To conscientize and support the active participation of the young people in decision making positions and popularize the principles of democratic practices and good governance.

To build young women and girls’ leadership skills through empowerment and building of socio-economic capabilities.
